for the International Product Development Awards of the AGROmashEXPO/AgrárgépShow 2026 exhibitions

 

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

 

The INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AWARD is open to all exhibitors of the AGROmashEXPO/AgrárgépShow 2026 exhibition with a product developed abroad in the last 3 years (from 2023 onwards)..

 

 

Only products presented at the exhibition can be submitted! If the applicant is not the manufacturer of the product, a declaration of consent from the manufacturer must be attached. One exhibitor can apply with several products, but only one product per application. The application can be submitted in Hungarian or English, but English attachments can also be included in the Hungarian version.

 

 

APPLICATION CATEGORIES

 

DIGITALIZATION: digital instruments, software, smart solutions related to technologies, process organization and control systems, interactive communication and operational support solutions, controllers;

 

MECHANIZATION: machinery and technologies for crop production, animal husbandry, horticulture, viticulture and winemaking, forestry, or their components;

INPUT/SERVICE: seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, biological yield enhancers; all agricultural-related service activities;

 

APPLICATION METHOD, FEES

Applications can only be submitted electronically at www.termekfejlesztesidij.hu after prior registration, with a precisely filled application form and all attachments uploaded by the deadline. Handwritten materials cannot be accepted.

 

Mandatory to fill out: all forms and attachments except the "Other Upload" attachment page, which is only recommended! Incomplete applications may lead to DISQUALIFICATION.

 

 

The final deadline for complete submission: November 18, 2025 (Tuesday), 24:00. Please note the system will close at this time, and late submissions cannot be accepted.

 

 

New registrations and uploads start from October 27, 2025 (Monday), 8:00 AM.

 

 

Entry fee: EUR 310 + VAT, to be paid by the deadline indicated on the advance invoice sent by HUNGEXPO. The payment of the entry fee is not a condition to start uploading the application, it will be collected later.

 

 

Prizes awarded in both Domestic and International groups:

 

Certificates of Merit are given to applicants who do not win a prize but submit a precisely completed application.

 

AWARDING: the winning company’s name engraved award and certificate, as well as the right to use the award name and logo. Awarded companies will be prominently featured in the exhibition communications.

 

 

MAIN EVALUATION CRITERIA

 

Applications will be evaluated by a committee of recognized experts in a two-round process. The committee includes leading educators, researchers, representatives of agricultural interest groups, practical farmers, users, and professional journalists.

 

RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT

Grand and Special Prizes will be awarded at the exhibition opening ceremony; Premium Certificates and Certificates of Merit will be handed out during booth visits. Winners or their authorized representatives must collect awards in person. HUNGEXPO Zrt. will issue a press release about the results in mid-December and officially notify applicants. From the official announcement onward, award references may be used on the awarded product, accompanying documents, and advertisements, as long as the manufactured product matches the awarded one.
